Hid Replacement?!?!?
 

Hey all I just bought some 6000k d2s bulbs and I dont want to **** anything up when I install them so I was just wandering if anyone knows that best way to change HID bulbs

Jack up the front, you need some space to work over the tires. (or take off both front wheels)

Undo the six screw/plug plastic doo-ies that hold the plastic wheel liner in. You need only undo the piece behind the headlight, not the lower bit that covers the oil cooler.

Make sure lights are off :crazy: .

Large plastic HID bulb cover twists off, anti-clockwise, quarter turn. Rubber seal on it may be tight the first time :o:

Metal clip holds capsule in place, undo both sides.

Replace capsule, being careful not to touch the quartz/glass.

Replace cover, check they work, button it all back up.

well i got them in wasnt that hard...didnt have to take the wheels off either...they look really good...helps alot with the white lines on the road and i have my front windshield tinted so it helps alot...great buy i recommend it :yumyum: :wiggle:
