Help! Where is the RPM signal pinout?
I'm installing a S-AFC II but can't seem to figure out where I can get the RPM signal. For those of you that know the 8's PCM pinout codes please.. HELP!!

I went through this thread but on your diagram is doesn't indicate the RPM signal directly. Is the information incorporated with some other component? |

to get the rpm signal from the ECU, you need to combine the signals from either both leading coils or both trailing coils, there is no straight RPM wire.

Thanks for the help! I search for this info but the other posts were confusing. Your concise answer is much more easy to understand.
While I have your attention, what about the knocking signal? Only the PCM pinout diagram it has 1T, 1F, and 1G coming out the knocking sensor (KS). Which one should I use or will I have to combine connections like the RPM case? |

If you have access to the manual it should be fairly easy to find. Maybe someone else can chime in |
