Heavy weight shift knob?
 

Heavy weight shift knob
let say around 465 grams / 1.0 pound shift knob.

vs.

OEM weight around 140 grams / 0.3 pound (not sure)




I understand the heavier it get, the easier to shift.

But will the extra weight damage the internal parts like one shift very hard or over shifting?

stock knob is pretty heavy already. no reason to go heavier imo.

if you want an easier shift, look for a shift extender on ebay. it will add height to the pole that goes to your knob. increasing your shift distance, but increasing the torque too, so shifting is easier. $10 on ebay. im very happy with mine.
