Headlights - Adjusting

Has anyone had to adjust their headlights so they look even in the distance at night. If yours are out of whack you know what i'm talking about; the light line in the distance looks jagged in the middle. Anyway, adjusted many before, just wondering if these are easy to get at? Thanks

Jagged......

Don't forget that the pattern is SUPPOSED to be jagged in the middle.
They aim higher on the right side than the left, with a kind of step in between.
Since the reflectors are symetrical left-to-right, the two 'steps' could look like a jagged middle.
They are probably OK, and if you adjust them to 'go further' as you suggest, you WILL be blinding oncoming traffic.

mine too - normal

Yes- the Z-pattern is normal to adjust the light cut-off lower on the oncoming traffic side. The last thing people need to be doing is trying to 'adjust' their HID's and blinding everyone else on the road...

Apparently some people do do that because I've been dazzled by HIDs a few times. Just remember that if the oncoming driver is blind there's about a 50% chance that he'll smash into your nice RX-8. :)
