Has anyone taekn a drivers seat out or Reupholstered the seat, I want to move (m)
 

I want to move the sensor in the seat that is in the picture below, it bothers me and it seems like something that might be a simple fix . . .

But in order to fix it, I need to be able to get to it . . . any idea's ? ?

If this is a real problem for you, I'd take it back to the dealer and tell them to fix it. Couild be that whatever it is is not installed properly. After your first post on this, I went and checked mine and I can't feel a thing and I was pushing all over that area.

Dave, maybe your right, I should ask the dealer though my car is so new I don't feel like having the dealer mess around with it.

It's strange because I just checked my passengers seat and it's there too though not as pronouced

I think mine is sticking up further then it shoiuld since it seems to click down into place on the drivers side but on the passengers side, it doesn't click down . . .

ok, after examing where I feel this little bump in the seat, it is where the green arrow is when in my regular seating position, my butt doesn't sit back far enough to really hit the red arrow. Meanwhille I push down on that area and I don't feel anything in the seat ... maybe there is more padding there for some reason ...
