got a hypertech programmer for 45 bucks.
 

i wanted to buy a hypertech programmer but didint wanna spend 450 bucks. i bought a vin locked one on ebay for 45 and was gonna send it to hypertech to get it reprogrammed for 200. turns out the one i bought on ebay wasnt vin locked or even registered. when i connected to the lap top it said it had no vin and the status was back to stock.

WIN.

I guess buying a Hypertech will now mean you will have spent $495 + shipping instead of $450 + shipping.

yup, also the dude that sold me the engine has a borla exhaust laying around. told me he would sell it to me for 100 cause i bought the engine. ill probably go pick it up after my wallet recovers from what i spent on the engine. i guess now that i have the programmer getting an exhaust might actually be worth it. hope i can bolt it up to an obx mid pipe though.

i know that rotaries are diffrent but when it comes to v8s borla is a top notch exhaust. i know that much.
