got engine mounts changed at dealer

yea so i was experiencing the shakiness when the car is fully warmed up parked.. so i went to the dealer they said were not 100% sure its the mounts well go ahead and change them well it helped but the shakiness is still there i have an 2004 MT with about 44k miles what else should i look at as a possible issue??? all the recalls were done i had them check up on it too since i bought the car used any help is appreciated and yes i did search...

Shakiness , how bad is it ?

Is like it the whole car can feel it, or just around the tranny/engine area ?

Do the TSB road test to see for yourself

im new to this forums i dont know what the tsb road test is.. its definatly coming from the motor its not bad it happens like every 3 seconds or so.. almost like every rotation the rotor makes??? its tough to describe.. i have no power loss or anthing that i know of and plus the idle is fine just the engine shakes and its more than just the typical vibration

there are both mounts and brackets that need to be changed, I'm not sure if they got both or not.

I know what you mean...like a faint shudder or shimmy kind of vibration? Mine I can faintly feel though my seat too. TSB road test is to cruise at approx. 30 mph or just under in 3rd gear, then let off the accel. completely, then get right back on the accel. Your car should hesitate for a sec. then power is on, almost like a hicup. Mine fails this test, going to get the dealer to replace the mounts/brakets. Hope that works.

I wish I could change the idle speed to around 1000 rpm, that would make the idle smooth as butter.

is there a slight chance since i changed the bracket & engine mounts already that this issue can be a coil/spark plug problem?? i read that the 2004 coils are known for goin quick and im not sure if my coils have been changed at all but im @ 44k miles..

You should have some sort of CEL if your coils are going. It could be it, tell your dealership about it.

no check engine light thou.. im wondering if i can have them check to see if the computer can read anything wrong without a cel.. and it might just be me im not sure to me it shouldnt do that but this is my 1st rotary
