What are the fuel consumption figures for the RX8?

Here in the UK we will be getting the two models, available end July 2003.
But what are the fuel consumption figures for the new car?
I have read varying reports 20mpg to 25 mpg, but nothing official either from Mazda UK or the dealers.

Anybody out there got anything concrete to add to fuel the debate?

As soon as anybody gets some proper feedback, can they post it here?
