Flywheel / counterweight torque setting

Hope someone can help. I bought myself a lightened flywheel and counterweight.ive been told by a couple of people to torque the bolts that keep the flywheel attached to counterweight to 45 ft/ lbs. That seems a bit light to me. Any ideas ?
Regards
Carey

290-361 ft/lbs according to the engine workshop manual.

Thanks for your quick reply. The torque I s for the main nut that keeps the flywheel on the crank. The torque I'm after is for bolts that keep fly to counterweight

11.6 - 16.5 ft/lbs

I apologize in advance for being such a noob. So I've been thinking about getting a performance clutch and lightweight flywheel for drifting, but I see people talking about counterweight and I can't seem to find what that is/means. What is a counterweight, what does it connect to, what does it do, how do I know if I need one, etc. Any information will probably help.

I appreciate that paimon.soror. That link was really helpful. If anyone else has any extra insight, I would like to know please. And if you have a clutch and/or flywheel setup you would like to share, feel free!
