replace your battery recently? try turning on your ignition and turning the steering wheel all the way to the left and then all the way to the right... oh and that milky substance in your dipstick in the winter months is normal, you'll want to install your winter wheels mid november, and yes it is normal for the rx8 to burn oil :) :) :)

yes, it's an easy fix.

The other solution is to just drift everywhere

Better solution is to read the freakin manual!

What does turning the steering to the left and right that corrects the dsc from flashing? My rx8 was in storage with a battery tender......yea, it didnt keep it charged. New battery....dead....my charger brought it back to life. I know what to do when spring gets here. Thnx guys.

the ECU keeps track of what's the maximum angle, when the battery is dead, those memory will be gone, the ECU flashes the DSC light to ask you "please tell me what's the max angle for each direction so I can adjust the settings accordingly"
