Driver Front Wheel Squeaks and Viberates at Intervals

I just got my RX-8 of the alignment shop. They did a great job but now my car is squaking and viberating from the driver side front wheel. The tire is balanced and the wheel isn't bent.

But the thing squeaks at intervals and viberates as if the road has concrete sections like on a bridge.

The squeaking gets louder when I push on the brakes. So far braking is OK, I haven't stomped on it yet. I don't think it's the pads since the squeak happens at intervals. The pads are really new as well.
Could it be the Rotors? I don't see them being damaged on the outer with a visual inspection.
I'm thinking it might be the wheel hub bearing? How likely is that? Will it be under powertrain warranty?

Thanks

Could be your rotors at the front are warped.

Could be. The Tech at Mazda dealer also told me the worn ES1000 tires in the back are un-even and must be causing the vibration.

Time for Avon M500 now.

I'm getting two Nitto 555 for $50 each. I'll see how it changes thing.

OK, Changing tires didn't resolve anything.

I'm sure it's not the tires. All wheels and tires balance great on the balancer at high speed so there's nothing wrong with any of those.

The squeaking has been placed on the front brakes and since it gets louder as I brake it is very logical to blame the rotors or pads.

But I still have this vibration from the back of the car once it hits over 50MPH. It gets much more pronounced over 60MPH. It's still vibrates under 50MPH or lower but hard to detect. It matters only with the speed. It will happen on any gear or even in neutral. Up hill or down hill. Left slope or right slope.

The vibration doesn't seem to affect the steering (nor actually vibrates the steering like a bent wheel) so I know it's not from the front. And the rattle noise from the back of the car is louder than the dash in the front so I know it comes from the back of the car.

What could be causing the intermittent vibration?

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

and possibly your back ones too.

But it doesn't get worse when I break. Instead it gets worse as I speed up.

I understand that the out-of-balance by the rotors could cause it. But won't the warped rotors make a bunch of issues when I step on the brake?

Should I get new rotors or resurface? Are they under drive train warranty?

The vibration feels like a cell phone viberating on a hard table surace.

It goes like Vrrrttt...........Vrrrrtttt........Vrrrtttt.......
