My door is stuck close. Any way of removing the panel with the door closed? Dont be gay and write a sarcastic reply.. Can you or not?

 

Sisco, what did you end up doing? My driver door won't open as of last Friday. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the door open.

 

i'm having the same problem, today I pulled on the handle and nothing. I tried the outside and inside handles. no luck, it's stuck closed, I need to get this door open.

 

I had my door panel off recently and I think it would be impossible to remove without having the door open. Could it be frozen? It's still around 75 degrees here. Good luck.

 

nah, it's like 50+ out today, I got the door panel open kinda. I have it halfway pried enough to get my hands inside the door. , but I'm having a problem figuring out the locking mechanism. I think it's shielded.. So I don't know how to actually get it to open..

 

well, i got the dremel out with a cutting blade. looks like i'll be cutting the lock from the inside. wish me luck. gah. hoperfully another latch isn't too expensive. if anyone knows where i can get one cheap.. lemme know.

 

Well, good news, I got the dremel in there, cut around the plastic shroud and found a lever in the mechanism I could pull up on the latch itself. door opened!. now I can take the latch off the door and replace it.. just saved myself 400$ from the dealer No damage to the door at all, plastics all ok.
Now just have to put the door back together and all is good..
