Diagnostic code scan tool
 

Hey all:

This may have been covered before, but....I just picked up an actron code scanner with erase function from pep boys $80. It works well with the RX8 and it will read/clear codes and shut off the check engine light.

It seems like a very handy tool to have just in case your check engine light, lights.
Go into the dealer "armed" with knowledge.

Sounds like good money spent. Armed with the complete code list, you could keep the dealership honest. :D

I'm looking forward to Hymee's setup when it is out, but I might spend a little now like you did just for my own curiousity. Thanks
