constant flooding after vfad removal

I removed my vfad the other day. started the car and ran it about 15 minutes and parked it. now it floods constantly. I replaced the spark plugs and still getting same results. I will be putting the vfad back on tomorrow to see if that corrects the problem, but from what iv read about removing the vfad people really havnt had too much of an issue. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Did you remember to cap the nipple behind the throttle body?

Jon's right - nipples can get you in trouble.....

Unlikely that the VFAD mod has anything to do with it - prolly just coincidence.

And I assume you remembered to plug the MAF sensor back in ;)
Might want to try cleaning it just to rule that out.
Nothing much to go wrong with just removing the VFAD except people forgetting to cap the VFAD nipple and issues with MAF (dirty or not plugged in).

Also, did you disconnect the battery for any reason (shouldn't have needed to)

thing is my car has been running super rich for a long time, i recently installed knn typhoon intake v2. after that, my car seemed to take a bit to crank up and actually fire. might as well mention im running a gutted cat as well. would replacing coils help? to my knewledge, they have never been replaced.

ya, i read alot about the vfad removal before i did it, because people werent having any issues. i thought coincident, but with after replacing the spark plugs im still having the same issue.

Check the battery connections and verify that they are tightly secured.
This can cause starting and idle issues.

the connections to the battery are quite secure.

Then maybe it is just a coincidence.
Might have to look into new coils and ignition wires.
