Cold Start in Warm Weather?

I have yet to encounter the cold start issue, but does this issue only apply to when it is cold outside? In otherwords, its about 70 degrees outside right now. If I start my car, move it to another parking spot, and then shut it off, will I have a problem with it not starting? I have the latest M (not N) flash.

Theoretically it could still happen, as various threads will attest.

If you do that, please let me know how you make out. I've flooded twice in a cold climate and involved with returning my 8 under the Lemon Law. I'm betting it floods, but for your sake, sure hope it doesn't, it is a beautiful car.

This has sorta-kinda happened to me. I don't remember off hand whether or not I let the engine properly warm up, but it was warm outside (at least 70 degrees) and it started like it was cold. I didn't get a warm-fuzzy feeling about it.

Can you return it under the lemon law since this is an issue that is known to Mazda and not some random fluke? Also, under the lemon law, do you get everything you paid back or just what your car is worth after depreciation?
