Cleaning OMP Injectors

My OMP has thrown my 8 into limp mode and as long as I was going to the trouble of adjusting the sensor I was going to clean the throttle body and change the coolant. I also want to clean my OMP injectors and sea foam the lines. Is there a way to get to the OMP injectors without removing the engine. I have all the plastic off the intake to the metal transition.

The omp injectors are right next to the fuel injectors. They're pretty easy to remove with the intake manifold off. Be very careful with the fuel injector wiring and seals. Mistakes there will give you a lot of trouble identifying and fixing.

Do I need to remove the metal as well on the intake? I'm having trouble seeing what I'm after. I can trace the lines a good way butthen I lose them

No they are in the space behind the alternator on the passenger side top of the engine(us models)

Can you post a pic of the top of your engine?

I think I found them. Each one has a vac line right?

logalinipoo 07-26-2014 02:19 PM

Correct

So now forgive me for being retarded but do I pull the vac line then pull the OMP injector?

logalinipoo 07-26-2014 04:01 PM

Yeap. Just be careful of the plastic manifold for the vac lines. They are kind of easy to break, but on the injectors they should come right off
