Check Engine Light Code Checking
 

I have recently had my check engine light blink a few times one day, then blink a few times a couple of days later, then remain on. I was wondering if there was a way to check these codes. I know all vehicles I have had in the past could be checked with a test light. Is there anyway to check this?
