need to replace my spark plugs cuz i think they may be the reason why my car isnt turning on right away. every time i turn the key it sits there a couple seconds before it turns over, so figured a good place to start would be with the spark plugs.

from what i can see a lot of people are going with NGK Laser Iridium Spark Plugs, are these the best ones to get??

any input would be cool. thanks

Are you saying when you turn the key , there is a delay to the starter turning over, or that the motor turns over but takes a few seconds to fire ?

I use the NGK in my NA application (FI requires a 'cooler' RX-7 type plug).

NGK Racing plug 6700 RE7CL .048 Leading $20.55 (L = Leading)
NGK Racing plug 6701 RE9BT .048 Trailing $20.55 (T = Trailing)

Above from sparkplugs.com, although BHR here often has better prices.

Yea id ask BHR before anything.

There are quite a few items that can cause hard starts
Coils
Plugs
Clogged Cat
Low Compression
Worn out starter or using the old model starter from the 04-05's

Just to name a few
