Auto leveling indicator light?
 

My auto leveling indicator light is on and stays on. Why? It's off when I first start the car, the after 1 minute it comes on.

As one would suspect..............

Headlight Auto-Leveling
Malfunction Indicator Light.

This indicator light stays on far a few
seconds when the ignition switch is turned
to the ON position.
Thereafter, the indicator light will
illuminate when the headlight autoleveling
system has a malfunction.
If the indicator light illuminates, contact
an Authorized Mazda Dealer.

Now you could probably do some searches and possibly find out some things to check if you like.
Could be several things.

There's two sensors. One in the truck behind the plastic/carpet covering on drivers side and one located behind the front drive side wheel.
I disconnected mine because my headlights would adjust in a ridiculous positions, which causes the light to go off. Maybe they have become disconnected, but they were are snapped it so tight I doubt that happened. I disconnected and manually adjusted. If you buy new sensors out right then you'll pay a fortune, at least that's what I have seen.
