After market performance questions/upgrade recommendations

I have a automatic 2004 rx8 gt.
everything is stocked.
I recently got a new engine provided by mazda through warranty.
I have a good $2000.
Can anybody recommend what I should do with it to soup it up.
i know nothing about cars.
I just want a faster car...nos? turbo?
This is an everyday 40 miles a day kind of car.
also, i plan to get a new body kit with new paintjob, new tires and new rims.
if anybody can offer which size tires are best? also which kind of spoilers are the best?
I just need lots of recommendations...

ambitious goals with a small budget
do you want to focus on performance or body work?
you want a faster car, what is your horsepower goal?

Make sure you get this dude ... our headlights and taillights have issues with condensation ... this helps the issue http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main...&products_id=6

well, for both of course.
idk how much for body kit and tires and all...
but 1-2 g is just for performance.
no set horsepower, just stuff to make the ride more smooth, faster.

300 HP will cost over $5,000

$2,000 might get you 20-30 HP unless you go Nitrous which as you should know is only good for short bursts of straight line acceleration.
