Best 4AT Gearbox Oil ?
 

Hey guys .. sorry for repost if there is any similiar topic ..it seems that i cant find anything abt best oil for our 4AT gearbox..Any best brand ? best oil ?

Planning to use Motul gearbox oil for my rx8..Can anyone give me advices?
How many litres do i need ?

For a flush at the Mazda dealer they used about 12 quarts. I use Amsoil based on advice from a couple different knowledgeable people. I went to synthetic because of track use. If you are not tracking, autocross, etc, I think any name brand trans fluid would probably be fine.

I used Royal Purple 75W-90, and so far its been very good...

I don't think you want to use 75W-90 in the automatic tranny, that is a gear oil weight.
