V mount versus trunk mount..

hey guys. I have 3 rotor swapped in an RX8. I'm trying to see whether I can v-mount my coolers.

I have stock AC condenser, stock 2" thick pwr radiator, 26x19 oil cooler behind the radiator, and 18x12x6 intercooler core I just purchased. Fans are 2 12" spal fans which claim to move 2000cfm each at 0" Hg pressure differential.

Surprisingly, I haven't had many overheating issues on the streets and on the strips. however I just started hitting road courses, and I can't run my car more than 5-10 minutes due to overheating. I think the radiator is not getting enough air at 100*F ambient behind the intercooler and condenser.

I have a few questions... has there been anyone that v-mounted 6" thick intercooler core on an rx8? I tried to do it with cardboard mockup and the only way to do it is to have radiator/oil cooler just laying almost flat on the floor pan. If I move or slant the intercooler any higher, it will hit the turbo compressor housing.

Worst case, I would be interested in moving the radiator and oil cooler to the trunk area. I would be interested to know how to mount the radiator to maximize flow and how to route the lines if that's been done already. Thank you.
