The supercharger sound is being drowned by the rattling pulley that I forgot to tighten. I will do a new video when I start up next time

Congrats! Good luck with the tuning, watch out for high AFRs while under boost.

Second video without the rattle.

I will have to check for leaks as it sounds a bit loud still

I have been battling to find leaks for the last few days. Did the pressure test and make some improvement.

However, I found a large leak in the dogbone that attaches to the top of the intake. The dogbone has two rubber seals and my solution was to apply sealant around the gaps.

After it hardens I will test again by spraying some contact cleaner to see if the seal has been fixed.

Then I will connect the mazdaedit to check the STFT. The previous logs was +25 indicating a major leak!!!!

So I pulled the supercharger apart and resealed with high temp silicon. I also found that the two M8 bolts that secures the base was missing so I purchased some and secured it properly.

I have reassembled to supercharger and installed the majority of the parts. Tomorrow I will add oil and start it up.

For now I will stay with the gear oil

Been running the car for a few weeks and covered around 2000km. Its running with a base tune and I am supposed to be off boost if possible.

Still sorting out vacuum leaks. I will do a pressure test to detect any further leaks and then get tuned for boost

Waiting for the new K&N intake to arrive this week so I can ditch the stock plastic MAF housing. The housing is getting distorted with the clamp and causing tuning issues.

Had a bad leak from the front seal on the supercharger. Back to stock configuration while I sort it out.

Also went to the dealership to get the recalls done.

Car is off the road for a few weeks as someone cut in front of me on the highway. I have damage to the front fender and bumper.

Also saving money to reinstall the supercharger.

Still in the process of getting the data to send to Brett for tuning. I have a 8psi pulley however I cannot go into boost until I have a tune for boost

I went to three month holiday and fixed the rattle in the pulley. After my brake got a new pulley and and pin to hold the pulley. I am still using the 8psi however I will upgrade to 10psi soon.
