Porting problem

Hi

I ported engine RB street templates and polished
The car does not go to idle.
Idle 1000

MAF shows 7g \ s
MAF without car rides but heard gunshots
With MAF car stalls when trying to enter the idle

What do I do?
What fuel map need to change?

Hard to say based on just your explanation. Idle MAF g/s seems high, but its been years since i've have looked at that. What else is done to the car? I have seen ported engines not want to idle, have you done a compression test? What is it? Is everything else up to par maintenance wise, etc? With the Mazda edit you can raise the idle speed.

which must be of the MAF?

Okay, I typically stay out of this subsection because I dont know enough yet..

Could it be as simple as your wire(s) not being fully seated on your coil pack?

Assuming English isn't your first language.....so how are you planning on modifying your maps?

Are you sure you got your injectors plugged in the proper order?

How well does it start?

Even my bridge port will idle at 900, so something is probably wrong for sure. Spark, fuel, something...

I plugged wires on the injectors incorrectly

thanks guys :grouphug:

A good healthy engine should run with out any one of the wires. Im still pretty sure it is wiring. But it is a good place to look.

Also why are you starting a new thread on the same subject? Everyone helping you starts off from the beginning again.

Crap i just noticed you got it fixed. I misread your previous message. Good congrats and good luck with your car.
