interesting I would have thought for sure you would need a check valve as in theory it makes sense.
Yeah the check valve is needed if you route it back to the intake, because then when the LIM has boost the intake doesn't meaing boost leak. But if it is connected to the charge pipe it is not required as the charge pipe ALWAYS has a greater pressure than the LIM, in vacuum and boost so there is never reverse flow through the jet air hose. As you stated though.... your check valve isnt hurting anything whatsoever as long as you put it in so flow is going towards the LIM!
done; it sucks but can't blow.....

Just a friendly reminder...... when you go to fire that baby up because you are getting close to that now, don't forget to properly prime your turbo!

yes thanks, there is a procedure for this I know. need to find it. basically pulling fuses and cracking over 5 times get oil pressure moving....?

Yeah you bet, I believe you remove fuel pump relay, (labeled "circuit") at the front of the driverside fuse box and pull a fuse for your ignition coils so they aren't firing while cranking. Basically you just want the engine pumping oil and moving some air without it starting up.....

question; I have a fuel pressure sensor that is 1/8npt male so I will need an adaptor for 6AN male to 1/8npt female. I know there is not a lot of room in that area does anyone have a suggestion for this straight or elbow? I did some searching but want to be sure before I spent $100 buxs with shipping and customs for the BHR part.

Have a look at my build thread... I used the same adaptor for fuel pressure gauge.

I used that same fuel quick disconnect as well. It'll fit fine.

I also have a modified AEM intake and down pipe with recirc fitting I'd be willing to sell if interested.

Come to think of it, I also have all cabling and a BT adapter if you want to use Adaptive Tuner to monitor / road tune your adaptronic.

Shame you already bought the select.. I could've hooked you up with a good deal on a used one too..

BHR and turbosource sold out of fuel adaptors. will have to wait or find something else. the plan with the mac valve is an electronic boost controller. to link it to the adaptronic ecu you need the ssi box which has a 4 channel imput. so I will run boost controller, fuel sensor and have 2 left for future items to monitor.

-gauges coming along
-boost controller mounted
-bumper re-mounted

Friday we are doing finishing the gauges/ O2, double checking everything, uploading base map and turning it over.

some pics to keep this going....... right now caught up in re-building my deck. so many things to do before winter arrives.

Just keep in mind that you will need a plug for it. BHR sells it with the necessary plug.

Yeah it's the same here, I can rarely find what I need in a pinch locally even from the large race shops. Thank god for Amazon.
