We'll be there and hopfully set up next to Hymee so everyone can see how much better ours is then the one from down under.
Hymee thought he'd get to stay over for free but I made him fix the plumbing in the guest bath before he could go to sleep.
This morning he made me serve him an Aussie breakfast with Jack.
He claims it's normal.
Now he's off to my shop to try and make his parts fit an engine. He wants to borrow some big hammers, for whatever that means.

Again like last time he has those big suitcases with wheels on them.

He can't be all bad, the dogs like him.

Still waiting to hear more details from others, but so far it sounds like not much happened with the AFSC at SSX. I'm assuming something is holding it back, but just wondering if there's any new issues or if it's still similar issues being worked on from before (tuning and such). I understand RP is busy and is trying his best, but just interested in hearing an update, even if the update is no progress. I still have high hopes for the AFSC and hope to see one under my hood in the future.

Is that the new version of the AFSC?

See it in front. It's larger and provides more boost.

RP said it was for a differant application.

Is that application for the RX 8?

Well if what you make in 2 or 3 months is cheap, then it is.
So that doesn't offend me.
BUT it does not look cheap.
If it looks cheap to you then look inside a jet engine before you fly next, you will not get on.

The one in the forground is for a 500-600 inch engine and 20 psi boost.
It is for a 600" V-12 aircraft engine.
I don't think the Rx-8 engine can eat that much air.
If it could, it would be putting out 1200 to 1400 HP.

I'm sure no offense would be taken since your opinion is ridiculous.

Break out your Dremel and some aluminum billet. I'm sure you will come up with a far less "cheap" looking alternative...

I think it looks great! I still don't see how you are cutting that out of bar stock. Looks too complicated for that.

Did anyone get any video of the AFSC in action? All I saw was one small segment of it shutting down. I'll bet it sounds awesome!

Bottom line, show some respect... many of us subscribed to this thread before you had a drivers license... you just sound like a spoiled ****.
