Window Control Light

Can the light that lights up the window controls from above (it shines down) be replaced without too much difficulty? I was thinking of going the blue LED interior route, and that light seemed like it might be a pain. I tried searching but I couldn't find anything. Thanks

From what i remember, the little LED that shines Onto the controls can be changed easily. However, if u are refering to the LEDs that light up the window control buttons from the inside, it isnt so easy as these LEDs are soldered to a circuit board.

So what would I need to do to change it?

If what he said is correct you need to take apart the switch...desolder to the red Led and resolder a blue one. Not fun!

And that is for the light that shines down onto the controls? I definitely wouldn't want to mess with the lights that are physically in the switches. I was just imagining it would be easier to do the one right above them.

I might be wrong, but I was thinking Devilboi was explaining the process of changing the light under the switch. I was looking for a little more detail into changing the light that shines onto the switches, not through the switch. Thanks for the help though.
