Webcam Suggestions for carpc
 

I bought an 18 dollar night vision and instlaled it into my car. During the night time the performance of camera is okay but during day light, i see nothing but "white screen". So can somebody recommend a good webcam that i can use with centrafuse.

maybe because NIGHT VISION isn't very good during the DAY??? :banghead:

No. I searched. there is a problem with generic webcams in this department so want to know what webcam people on this forum are using in their cars.

webcam's are cheap.. get one for day and one for night

I am using an HP clip on web cam its velcro'd to my rear view mirror. Its hooked up to my laptop though I don't have a carputer. I made a vid but it has bad resolution due to the program I was using to record.

This is an RX8 forum.. a very small population of the users use it for the same application you are.. you should try a general computing forum like mp3car.com.

I recommend using a Logtech camera of some sort. Best webcams on the market, and durable too. Quckcam 9000 pro has amazing quality due to having a real glass lens. Even has autofocus.
