Tweeter problem
 

I just had focal tweeters and a custom crossover installed. It started out sounding great but now I am getting a whirring sound occasionally coming from the right tweeter . It comes and goes. Any ideas on the cause? The crossover has exposed wires - could they be touching each other.

More importantly could the tweeter be blown in some way- sometimes it sounds fine.....
