Sub. Question
Has anyone had the experience with the Kenwood Woox sub. I got one and am wandering the best place to put it and it's impact on the base stereo. [

Is this the small self-amplified thingy that's thin and about 8 x 15 x 4 in size (KSC-WA62RC)? I was wondering about that myself too... sounds like a decent solution as an add-on to the factory stereo. As for mounting location, if you can fabricate some mount to put it in place of the of the pass-through box, that'd be nice. Unfortunately, it's dimensions are a little bit bigger than that hole so you can't flush-mount it with the seats - that'd look like something from the factory.
I'm still waiting for rotarygod to finish his 8" sub-box that replaces the same pass-through hole :) - if that does not come together in the near future, I might go with the same Kenwood unit... but would much prefer the custom box he's building. Rotarygod, any estimate when will that be available for purchase? :p |
Yea , that's the one I'm talking about. The pass through was also my first choice. Iv'e heard positive things about this liitle guy and thought it would be one of the easiest ways to add bass to the system. If any one else has tried one , please share your experience. I will report of mine as soon as I install it.
