Source for unusual audio adapters & cables?

Does anyone know of a good source for audio adapters & cables? I'm looking for a slightly unusual "Y" adapter, and I can't find anything like what I need anywhere.

What I need is a Y-splitter, with a stereo 1/8" (3.5mm) female jack split out to a pair of male 1/8" right-angle (90 degree) plugs. The right-angled plugs is the unusual part.

I've tried Radio Shack & radioshack.com, Best Buy, Circuit City, cablestogo.com, partsexpress.com, and numerous other similar sites. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated!

You can buy a decent Y-Adapter from radio shack, but you'll probably have to splice in the angle tips yourself.. I've made plenty of custom cables this way.

I strongly suggest that you solder the tips and wrap them in shrink-wrap. They should look pretty decent after a clean job.

Check W/ Guitar center or some other music store. They usually have catalogs of all kinds of crazy cables.

I ended up "building" my own cable. I did solder the connections and use heat-shrink tubing. Let me tell you, it was a BITCH working with those tiny wires!

HaHa, Try Making a Custom 48 Pin ELKO Connector to 2 25 Pin D-Sub connectors.

I'm sure it was a PITA, but i'm sure it was still easier than hunting the ends of the earth to find one exactly the way you wanted it.

Cheers,
