Sirus Radio, What can I use in it's place?

Since I don't care for the Sirus radio. What can I replace it with? Already have the normal FM/AM radio and 6cd changer. What else can I put in there.
Don't want cassette.
Would like mp3, flash drive, etc input/player.
Anyone have anything I can trade for?
