SII ashtray in the SI?
 

im about to find out if it will work, i always liked the piano black and since the 09+ 8's have a piano black ashtray lid; i figured id try and see if it will work on my 04. pics tomorrow morning if anyone is interested(and possibly putting my stock ashtray up for sale).

The center stack is different. Plus anyone who wants a piano black one for a SI can just get one from a Shinka.

didnt see a shinka one on ebay, just the 09.

I've seen websites sell them. They're pretty pricey.

Hmmm, I'll have to ask Cornholio135, I could have sworn his ash tray was piano black.

yep 9k was right(i think he jinxed me), the sII's ashtray juts out too far and doesnt line up with the push in tabs. and the SII lid will not fit the SI ashtray or vice versa.
well, if anyone needs an SII piano black ashtray, i got one right here.

I have an '06 shinka, and mine's not piano black

I believe it's a JDM option.

Have an 05 BCM and the ashtray cover is not piano black.
