Reverse Camera

Does anyone know of a good reverse camera that will fit in our key hole?

I looked into one but finally went with the camera from Matt. I mounted it above the plate. It has a wide view angle and unless you are looking for it you won't notice it's there. The problem I saw with the keyhole was that there would have to be some serious modification to the tail light to get the camera flush with the surface. Otherwise it would be like viewing down a long tunnel.

It displays on the Nav screen. The video switch autodisplays the camera picture when in reverse or you can select it and view it on the camera's channel.

From the picture, it looks like someone could easily unscrew the camera off. Or is it bolted from inside?

It is attached the bumper cover. You would need tools to remove it without destroying it. Where I am there is little problem with theft though and as I said, unless you are looking for it you don't even notice it is there.

The new Honda Odyssey has a back up camera that is neatly tucked under the square hole where the lisense plate light normally aims down. It is compact and like you guys have said, unless you are looking for it, you won't notice it.

Does the camera come with the AV Switcher box? Or did you have to buy it separate?

I've seen that one in person...it is huge...meant for the key holes with the large ring around it...our key hole is small plus the metal for it in the trunk sticks out and prevents a clean install.

I'm working on a DIY right now for the backup cam I installed...I did it without cutting. drilling, or damaging a single piece of the car :D...I'm also adding in pictures and instructions for mounting it in two locations...with ease (the second location may require a little bit of drilling but is much harder to see)

I'll try to get the DIY finished sat or sunday...things are CRAZY around here
