questionable sub/amp pair
 

im thinking about pairing this power acoustik amp,

with the following Polk Audio Sub.

is it possible to use these together since the bridged rms power of the amp is 560W and the rms power of the sub is 500W?

is 500W rms enough power to get my 8 to bump?

also, if either the sub or the amp suck, please tell me because im seriously considering this as a system if they can work together without overloading the sub too bad.

I wouldnt worry too much about the rms on that amp. Im running a power akoustic amp myself and the rms of the amp is actually over the peak watts of the speakers and i have had them like this for 2 years with no pops or crackles. And those are old pioneer subs, the MOMOs are just sick and can take well beyond what they are rated.
