The measurement of the OEM vanity / visor mirror bulb is 30mm x 6mm , so these should fit with little problem.
194's are not the type of bulb in the RX8 sun visor, but rather the type used in the map lights, door courtesy lights, trunk light, tag light, and other places on the RX8. The bulbs used in the sun visor look like small buss fuses. Because Amazon lists different numbers for the LED versions (and some of those may be mislabeled), I'm not including the numbers here. Instead, I suggest searching Amazon for "Mazda RX8 sun visor bulbs" to find them. I just ordered a pack of 4 superbright LEDs for less than $9.

Hopefully, they don't burn your retina, because I had those on my old Accord and one of my friends almost got blind from those lights. I eventually changed them back to halogen.
The only ones set to a reasonable brightness I know are the ones from CorsoMotion. They mostly do Honda LED stuff, but they do sell these fuse bulbs individually as well. They use 3 LEDs on each bulb, but they are about as bright as a halogen unit, maybe just a hair brighter. Much better on eyes.
