Leveling HID headlights!!! Help

Ok so i know there are threads out there and ive searched but i havent found the one that im looking for, i need to raise my headlights because they are pointing to low and need pics of where i use the screw driver and level them back up, is there a way to do this without touching the auto leveling sensors? thanks in advance

Yes, they can be adjusted easily, without messing with the sensors.

Here's the procedure

And here's what the adjuster *really* looks like. You engage the teeth in the hole with a large Phillips screwdriver. You can access the adjustment through the engine bay.

Make sure you follow the badly-translated wording in the shop procedure, which I read as "always finish by turning the screws in the tightening (clockwise) direction"

how do you install the HIDs? is there a writeup somewhere?

not sure if theres a write-up or not, but also with leveling the lights i found where you can adjust them through the engine bay but i dont have the right tool to get at it with such small spacing, would it be easier to go thru the wheel-well and take off the plastic covering and access the lights from there?

Yes, at least that's what I did when replacing my HIDs.

yeah i replaced my lights a week or so ago but still were pointing to low so i wanted to adjust them, just popped off the cover to the wheel well and it was a piece of cake, thanks for the DIY note Nubo

There's a hole in the fender flange just above this adjustment point. I used a long philips driver, ran it through the hole and into the adjustment "socket" . Worked like a charm.

yea that would have been simpler i you can see it easily...did you remove the tire?
