iPod in your BMW.
 

ok so i visit apple.com to see a front page picture of a ipod in a bmw. controls like the rx-8. what does it take to get both these guys to talk to each other to do a setup for the rx-8 :) will the same unit work with the rx-8? :P

someone do this, dammit. I would LOVE for this to happen in the RX-8.

Call Mazda North America - Ask for Customer Service and say You'd like to make a suggestion for the RX-8 and they will put it into their system. With enough requests things can be done!

I just called and did the same procedure they were nice :)

I e-mailed them the other day. The response was, basically, it looks like a good idea... I'll send it to marketing. So, we've got this vote in.

We've had several threads that mention Apple's iPod BMW thing (I know I did in at least two). I think Mazda's modular audio system is perfect for this. I hope they take it seriously.

To make them take it seriously, CALL OR WRITE. Make your voice heard, and Mazda will do their best to come through.

hmm i wud actually buy an ipod....
