Install them correctly.

Without telling us more information about your gauges, there's not much we can tell you. Please be more specific.

What do you have for sensors?

AFR gauge usually goes in or after the exhaust manifold. I suppose specifics depend on whether or not you have a turbo. Presumably you do which is why you have an AFR gauge. I"m not sure if you should have it before or after the turbo. Some of the turbo guys here should be able to help with that.

Volt gauge. Dunno. Why do you need one? What do you want to measure? voltage from your battery or alternator?

Oil Pressure gauge. Did it come with an adapter to splice in somewhere? My racing beat gauges came with a spacer block that I install between the oil filter and filter fitting and it reads pressure after the filter.

ok first my car isnt turbo, but im planning on it as soon as i find a decent turbo kit. but i believe the brand is autometer gauges, there not bad looking i bought them used and the guy before me only used it for looks non of it was actualy working. the gauges ll came wih connectore the volt has black red and orange, i have no idea where the orange goes, but black go to negative/ground and red goes to positive, on the other gaugaes they came with black, orange, green, red, and there nott very long wires so im having trouble fiuring out where to connect them all

Sounds like you bought electronic gauges. You need to buy the sensors and converter units for them.

They will not work without those things. I would search the autometer website for the type of gauges and then contact their customer support to find out what you need. You don't have all the parts you need to make these work.

Which is why your friend had them "just for show."
