Fixed what the previous owner screwed up.
Well I'm not sure if you all remember but I posted a thread about the stereo all ripped apart.
Well I'm happy to announce I fixed the wiring and installed the stock stereo back into the car. I'm really happy because the stereo I bought came with a petit racing knob already installed. http://i446.photobucket.com/albums/q...psbuzicjqh.jpg http://i446.photobucket.com/albums/q...psyvwpuzlq.jpg http://i446.photobucket.com/albums/q...pszv3a6suw.jpg It's a hot one today. Oh and the AC works so I'm happy about that as well. :wiggle: - Chris |
Good stuff! :)

I've seen station names displayed. How do I make this happen?
|
That's dependent upon the station, what they are broadcasting
|
yes station names, song titles, and cd info vary by the source. Some show up. some don't. Hey I also have that Pettit volume knob, cool ! I remember your earlier thread, curious how much you paid for the stock radio et al.
|
Yea station names aren't showin up. Maybe it's because I'm in Germany
|
Nice work! That knob would drive my OCD insane, though.

I use the steering wheel controls for volume to keep my OCD under control.
