Custom Smart Keyless Entry System
 

Hi there,

I just bought a new 2006 RX8 with the Smart Keyless Entry and I LOVE IT!!! But I was checking the manual and it appears as though I can get the Smart Keyless entry to do some custom things, like automatically lock the doors once I walk away from the car. Which is something I'm now trying to get done with my dealer. Now one thing I'm wondering about is that, if they can do that, can they do other things too? I mean it's just a program inside the car that they're modifying....so couldn't they also do other things too like make the lights turn on inside the car when I walk up to the car or make the highlights automatically flash when I get near the car??? Just curious if anyone has looked into something like this.
