Corbeau brackets don't allow for factory seat belt bar

So I was starting to install my Corbeau brackets when I realized that there's no where to mount the factory bar that holds the seat belt. On the factory rails, there's a mount on the back of there rail where this bar bolts to. I bought the Corbeau brackets used and am trying to figure out if there is a piece missing or if you have to mount the factory seat belt differently with these brackets. Here's a crappy picture, let me know if you have any ideas.

So here's a picture showing where I'm having an issue. On the drivers side of the car the bar mounts to the side of the car. On the passenger side it attaches to the actual seat bracket which is where I have a problem. It looks like I'll need to weld on an additional piece of metal to bolt the bar to or see if Corbeau has the adapter piece I need. Sorry for the horrible photo edit.

Well, I called Corbeau and they said that they have never seen this before so it looks like I'm on my own. I drew up a quick diagram of what I need to put together. I don't have a welder up here, so I'm going to try and see if my friends dad can help out or ask for help on the local autox forum.

The dark lines are the current metal that is on the Corbeau bracket, the light lines are the pieces that I want to weld in. Let me know if you would design it a different way.

A local autox'r was able to build a bracket and weld it on last night. I'll post up a picture this weekend in case anyone else runs into this issue.
