Bose MP3 Head Unit - All disc shuffle?

Well, first of all. The thing I hate the most (well, the only thing i hate, besides no auto up windows) about my RX8 is the stereo. For the $$$ the Bose is a p.o.s. if you ask me. But anyways on to my question. Is there any way to make this thing do an all disc shuffle? Instead of just shuffling the current directory?
Also, does anyone happen to know where I can find a manual online? I didnt get one with mine.

Thanks.

Nope. The mp3 player will only shuffle one directory at a time. Bummer.

Tell me about it. Ive already written a letter to bose/mazda to let them know Ive used $100 mp3 players with better feature sets and sound than the bose unit. What a joke.

Yea Inoticed that the only way I can have the thing play every song on the CD in a shuffled order is if theyre all dumped into the same place. Problem w/that is then I have 100+ songs to sort through. Disappointingbut what can you do

Yep. Best solution I have managed to come up with is to make special mp3 CDs for the car that have all tracks in one directory. Next generation equipment ought to deal with this, one would think.

Actually the best solution I have found is a dedicated mp3 player like the NEO (which I have) or the PhatBox (which is supposed to be coming).
