Bose Amp and Speakers wattage
Has anyone figured out what the Bose amp puts out for wattage and what the wattage range is for the speakers? I've searched and asked before with no response so I thought I'd try again. I finally broke down and replaced my rears and love them so much I'm thinking about doing the doors. Problem is that's a lot more work since it will require creating a mount and getting an amp. Possible advantage is more power to the rears if the Bose amp isn't putting out as much as my new one might.
So, specs anyone? -BlackNoir |

Wow, I consider that completely uncalled for.. but each to his own I guess.

All the info regarding the Bose stereo has been covered ad-nausium in the stickies for this sub forum. If you took the time to read them, you'd understand why the wattage ratings of the front Bose speakers are irrelevant. (Hint: wattage is calculated using the impedance of the speaker. Bose uses non standard impedances.) |
