how long does it take for the product from AVelectronics to get to your house. just wondering cuz im gettin a system done and want to c if it gets in on time?

I ordered mine on a friday afternoon and they shipped it UPS ground on Monday...arrived in NY on Thurs afternoon. The guys at AV are very responsive to questions as well. They get High Praise from me.

i've called them alot and they dont answer the phones..what may be the problem?

I just orderd mine with the license plate camera.. they called me the next day to say there cameras were going to be in on Wenesday (tommorw) and for the delay he would ship to me next day. I should receive it by this comming monday. I orderd it online Sunday night.. IF this holds true i will be very happy..

P.S. they told me they are not yet making a plug and play adapter we will still have to cut the 4 wires to make this work . FYI

whats the difference w/ the Tuner, and video switcher? which should i get?

i got mine on monday just as promised..

the tuner includes a T.V. tuner.. so it wil recive t.v channels. the other unit is just a switcher.. it like the t.v. unit will switch between diffrent video sources..

By the t.v. unit. more bang for you buck .
