Amplifier Problem
 

My 2004 RX8 BOSE sound system don't seem to be working properly. i just had an electrician inspect it and it looks like it would need a new amplifier. The problem is where to locate the original amplifier and get it changed.

Can someone please help with where the location of the amplifier might be in the car??

Open the trunk. Look up at the right rear speaker. The amp is right next to it. Assuming your "electrician" is correct, you can probably find another amp easily from a junk yard or on eBay.

Or you could use this as your signal to start an aftermarket setup.
