Heilander worded it wrong. He should have said that the legal limit was 70% and his was at 69%. As for the glue that is left, soak your windows down with window cleaner and go at it with a razor blade.

and no, that's the only thing I was charged with. i wasn't speeding or anything illegal, i saw the cop infront of me like 3 blocks before it happened and he was turning left where I turned right and then i heard cop sirens, laaaaame

That sucks, i live in ohio and you can have 50% on front sides and as much as you want on all the other windows

bud, i live in PA as well....in 2 and half years i have only gotten pulled over once for tint (2x for other crap) and the tint was 30% - i ignored it and got a fee of guilty for 174 bux and paid it and it's done. Still have the tint and no problems. This was about a year ago. The other 2x i got pulled over they didn't even mention the tint to me. Just fyi if you can afford the 174 just pay it when it comes in the mail and you will be done with it....if you want lighter tint it costs about the same to retint after you get inspected....
