Where can I find side mirrors with built-in turn signal?

Does anyone know where I can find side mirrors with turn signals built in? I saw them on an 8 in the forum somewhere but dont remember where?

Why would you want them, They look bad on the trucks and SUV's that have them. They serve no real purpose except for the driver that forgot to turn the signal off.
