clear corners are the turn signals in the wheel well that are normally yellow/orange here in the states. shame on you for not knowing this.

These are the front side running lights. They do not blink, they come on when your parking lights or head lights are on. The reaso they are called clear corners is they sit in the front corners and are normally yellow. A lot of us have purchased the Euro version in that theirs have a clear lens instead of the yellow. Here is a pic of my car with the clear lens installed on the driver's side. If you are unaware of what strakes are too, they are on the side grille behind the front tire.

In the UK / Euro models they do blink, they are functional direction / turn indicators, like the ones in the main lights.
I think its european law that all cars must have indicators on the sides, on most cars they are on the side roughly where the strakes are on the 8. |
