Mazdaspeed front bumper with differnt foglight bracket

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3119577

i was originally going to buy the regular brackets from mazda and trim them so i didn't have two huge black rectangle in my front bumper and then i saw that guys

if you look at the pictures carefully, they look like the stock brackets, seems he got them to fit on somehow

any ideas guys?
love the fogs on that guys car

i would ofcourse paint the bracket black

and with further inspection it looks one piece, the bumper and bracket, custom body work?

I'm not too sure, but it looks like custom body work to me. If you're going with black, why go through all that trouble? You can't see much of a difference unless you're up close.

thats the first thing i notice after noticing its a mazdaspeed bumper. the huge plastic pieces holding the fog lights.

i love my fogs to death, blue tint, light up the world, etc..

and they just need a proper home

it looks like custom body work. it doesnt seem to be a real mazdaspeed kit. and if it was a fiberglass replica it would be really easy to add more fiberglass to it for the custom foglight holders.
